Young Achiever's Program

Expanding the Young Achiever’s Program
By Kent Allen- VP of Field Operations

Over the past year we have been working with area high schools to build a Young Achiever’s program. This program was designed for motivated High School students who are looking for an opportunity to start a career in the construction field. Precision Walls has partnered with several High School shop classes working with High School students to Coach, Teach and Train them until graduation. After graduation, the students may be offered a position with PWI in the Apprentice program. This has been very successful in several branches, bringing new workers to Precision Walls who are eager to learn and start a career in the construction industry.

One way that we can be successful in expanding our workforce is through the Young Achiever’s program. The program has now been expanded outside of the school environment. Several branches have been using creative ways to recruit new workers. We are looking for motivated workers who are interested in an opportunity to start a new career. Through the Young Achiever’s program we have the opportunity to Coach, Teach and Train these new employees in a new career that will benefit them, as well as PWI.

We are excited to have them as part of our growing team.
